Custom Hierarchy

I always thought that setting the icon in the Unity's Inspector should also change the icon in the Hierarchy.  So I made that happen with a few light weight scripts.   I also added a CustomHierarchyStyle script that you can add to a GameObject to make it a "separator"  in the Hierarchy.

These scripts are CC0 copyright so you can do whatever you wish with it.  If you make improvements that you would like to contribute to the project, let me know on my  Discord.
